Inter eager to keep Jovetic
By Football Italia staff
New Inter Coach Stefano Pioli is reportedly urging the club to resist offers for Stevan Jovetic, as he wants to revitalise the player.
The Montenegro international bagged a brace on international duty yesterday, but struggles to get any playing time at San Siro.
Fiorentina and Panathinaikos are among those interested in betting on Jo-Jo during the January transfer window.
However, Calciomercato.com suggest Pioli wants to be given a chance to get the best out of him before considering a move.
The 27-year-old has made just four substitute appearances this season for a paltry 52 minutes of football.
Roberto Mancini and Frank de Boer failed to see much of the old Jovetic, but Pioli hopes he can do better.
