Everton join Keita race
By Football Italia staff
Everton have joined Juventus, Milan and Inter in chasing Lazio and Senegal striker Keita Balde Diao.
The extremely quick forward can play in a variety of attacking roles and grew up in the Barcelona youth academy before moving to Lazio as a teenager.
He has still not agreed a contract extension with the Aquile and was briefly frozen out of the squad over the summer.
According to Calciomercato.com, Everton have set their sights on Keita as a suitable reinforcement during the January transfer window.
The price-tag is in the region of 25m and the Toffees face competition, because Juventus, Milan and Inter have also been linked with Keita.
His agent recently denied stories that he had met with Napoli.
