Vieira: I Enjoyed This One More
Inter Milan star Patrick Vieira has said that he enjoyed winning this season’
s Scudetto more than last year after a Zlatan Ibrahimovic double clinched the
title for the Nerazzurri.

In defeating Parma 2-0, and relegating their opponents in the process, Inter
scooped their third successive Serie A crown.    

Enjoyable

And former Arsenal man Vieira feels that this title was the most enjoyable
yet.

“This title is more enjoyable than last year,” exclaimed Vieira.  “My
compliments to Roma, who gave their all, but I think at the end of the day
the best team won.”  

Mancini future unclear  

However, the ex-Juventus man was cagey when asked if it would be enough to
secure Roberto Mancini’s job as club manager.

“This is the time to celebrate, not to talk about who is staying or going,”
he stated.  

Cesar admits nerves  

Goalkeeper Julio Cesar confirmed that an element of worry did creep in as the
thrilling title race entered the last half-hour of the campaign.  

“It wasn’t right to let the Scudetto slip away in the final match.
Admittedly, when we heard Roma were leading, then I was a little worried, but
my team-mates did well,” he said.  

“At the end, what should have happened did happen.”
