MILAN - The day after Inter's title triumph, club president Massimo Moratti
gave a brief interview to journalists beneath the Saras offices:

This is what he had to say:

Moratti: is your joy greater this morning than it was last night?

"It was fantastic at the stadium last night and the last five minutes in Par
ma weren't bad - there was anxiety but lots of joy. But you gradually absorb
things after."

Is this your happiest moment as president, as you said yesterday?

"Yes, because it's the most recent one. It was very nice to see the fans hap
py yesterday."

Not even your father's Great Inter side won three consecutive Scudettos. So
we have to find an adjective to describe this Inter too..."Those of my fathe
r should have been five. I hope these three Scudettos become more. We will h
ave to work to not lose the tempo or the determination and motivations to co
ntinue to win."

Roberto Mancini has said that you will have to speak together. What matters
will you discuss?

(Smiles) "Do I have to give you the list? We will talk soon and see what to
do."

A Scudetto dedication? It was for Giacinto Facchetti last year...

"This one is for the fans because they have suffered on recent Sundays, but
they were wise and they supported the team. This has been a great help for a
ll of us."

Were you expecting Ibrahimovic to be so decisive after a long period of inac
tivity?

"The champions are always fantastic because they can always be unpredictable
, especially the ingenious ones like Ibrahimovic, who showed both class and
character last night and was therefore a big help to his team-mates, who sto
od up to the match and the stress. And this helped Zlatan do his best."
