Job description:
Work on world most sophisticated GPU/APU DFT design: SCAN/MBIST/DV and DFX innovatives
Maintain and update DFT design flow.
Design and verify DFX IPs.
Communicate with other team to solve DFT problems.

Qualification:
Master of EE or above.(相关的专业，有志于从事IC design这方面工作的也欢迎）
Knowledge of synthesis flow and timing constraints
Knowledge of DFT or verification is a plus
Be familiar with verilog language
Be familiar with Unix and TCL, cshell , Perl scripts.
Good Englisth communication skills
Self-motivated and good team player.
