Responsibilities:
1.to support our warranty job, for the customer coordination and parts recording. Tracking the repair and delivery status for the customers.. ..Draft repair contract and follow up
2. customer survey for our service job and 800/400 hotline answering..
3. Service job technical closing and invoicing in SAP..
4. Time dropping for the control engineers's daily service work in SAP (11 engineers)
5. Customer training organizing..Twice a quarter..
6. Payment request application and VAT invoice application for the repair contract..
Requirement:
1. Proficient communication skills written and spoken;
2. Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
3. Excellent organization and follow up skills;
4. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks;
5. Self-starter, high level of motivation, ability to work independently;
6. Location: Beijing
7. Internship period: 6 month
8. Frequency: 2-3 days a week
