Job Title: Internship / Part-Time

Weilantian is an innovative Beijing / Zhongguancun-based Photo Design
Manufacturer. Together with our close partner, the German company
Pictureplix, we developed a revolutionary design production system that is
far superior to any competition. Our customers are photo book companies from
all over the world - a fast booming market with average 50% growth p.a. over
the last years. Our customers are very excited about our offering - we now
have to match their fast increasing demand for our products.

We seek interns who are interested in a real entrepreneurial and
international adventure. Interns at WeiLanTian have a wide range of
responsibilities: starting from business planning, to developing innovative
ideas for our organisational set up to helping the Management in daily tops.
She / he will also work closely with the management of WeiLanTian and the
managing director of our German partner Pictureplix GmbH (a former McKinsey
Consultant).
We will offer good interns a permanent position with significant shares in
the company

Description of Position
We seek a real entrepreneur, who can build up this young company to
become the world leader by 2014 with 1000+ employees, starting from a
small base.
Perfect for someone who is willing to go "the extra mile", to work
really hard and to take a risk "to build and manage his own thing".


Required Qualification:
Entrepreneurial, hands on person
Fully fluent in English and Chinese
International experience a plus
Good knowledge of Photoshop, Graphic design etc a big plus
We are open for a wide range of backgrounds and experiences (incl. very
little experience, if everything else fits)
Previous consulting-experience may be helpful (e.g. from McKinsey)
Ideally from a top-10 University
