Required skills
1) Excellent Java/J2EE programming skills,familiar with Websphere is a plus
2) Excellent skill and experience on JS/EJB/JSP/HTML/XSLT/XML, familiar with
dojo is a plus
3) Familiar with database, good at any of DB2, Oracle, SQL Server is a plus.
4) Good Reading/Writing English Skills
5) Leadership and good communication is plus
