Main Tasks:
Team Assistant
Responsibility
1, Deal with claim application of travel and daily expense;
2, Collect and analyze industry data to support colleagues;
3, Organize daily press and edit Internal Newsletter;
4, Translate Business Documents and assist PPT producing;
5, Support and follow up purchasing and commercial process;
6, Other routine work to support the team.
Education
Bachelor or master, major in Business/ Management/ Real Estate Management is a plus.
Capabilities & Skills
Writing skills in both English and Chinese;
Fluent oral English;
Be familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Problem –solving;
Time management;
Self-motivation & enthusiasm;
Communication Skills;
Teamwork spirit;
Other requirement:
Work five days per week for at least 4 months.
