岗位职责：
- 负责UMTS OAM产品的开发和维护
- 根据文档分析功能需求并提供开发用时估计
- 参加整个软件开发过程包括：设计，编码，单元测试，提交和维护。要确保所有的开发任务按时保质的提交
- 要确保所有产品开发过程符合质量控制流程要求，满足客户需求
岗位要求：
1.教育程度: 本科以上学历
2.专业: 计算机科学，软件工程或电信相关领域
3.计算机水平:
- 精通C++或者Java编程语言
- Unix 或 Linux上开发的相关经验
- 拥有面向对象分析设计的实践，熟悉UML
- 了解代码控制工具如：clearcase,CVS, etc
- 了解软件开发流程
- OAM 相关经验及CORBA的相关经验优先
4.语言能力: 良好的沟通技巧，流利的中英文沟通能力
5.其他要求: 良好的团队合作精神
English Job Description:
Responsibilities:
He/she will work in an international context and interact with world wide Alcatel-Lucent R&D centers.
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
l Responsible for the development and support of UMTS OAM product
l Analyse functional requirements and provide design estimation
l Participate the whole software development lifecycle, including design, coding, unitary testing & testing support. Ensure all the tasks are delivered on time, with required quality
l Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables.
Requirements:
l Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas
l 2+ years software development, with
l Strong Java/C++ or TCL or Unix Shell programming skills
l UNIX/Linux experience
l OOAD knowledge and practices, familiar with UML & software design
l Knowledge and experience in the software development process
l Knowledge of source code version management system (Clearcase, CVS)
l Strong communication skill. Fluent in Chinese and English
l Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
l Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
l Fluent in English and Mandarin
l Experience on the OAM product design & development is highly desired Optional
l Knowledge on the mobile access network (GSM/UMTS/CDMA) is preferred Optional
l Experience with CORBA is preferred Optional
l Experience in working in a multi-national company across geographic locations is preferred Optional
l At least 6 months availability to participate the internship.
