工作内容:
1. Assist to collect the signature or stamp of the contract
2. Help to check on the claim of the department colleagues
3. Make the invitation letter
4. Responsible for the dispatch and receipt of letters of the department
5. Help to pick up the invoice and send it to the clients
6. Assist to the daily management of the quality department
职位要求:
1. Good command of both written and spoken English
2. Carefulness
3. Good computer skill with MS office (Excel and PPT)
4. At last 4 days per week, can last 6 months is preferred
