Responsibilities:
(a) Office administration and facilitation (i.e. cleaning lady, flower, furniture, pantry, stationery, express delivery and etc.); 日常行政工作(管理保洁,植物,家具,食品区,文具,快递等)
(b) Answer customer inquiries about product, delivery time and order status; Help on printing machine, Fax setup etc; 接听电话回答日常销售信息咨询;协助管理打印机,传真机等设备;
(c) Responsible for customer returned repair goods and Demo Management (Borrow & Return ); 负责执行返修及样机管理;
(d) Customer/Channel Training and Channel document support; 客户/渠道培训支持;
(e) Purchase order/Contract revision and conclusion; 客户订单合同整理及存档;
(f) CRM order entry and management, coordination for logistic internal/external process; CRM 系统订单录入及相关物流执行;
(g) Other admin and sales tasks required; 其他行政及销售支持事务;
Requirements:
(a) College students,postgraduates or major in Engineering or English may be a plus; 大学在校学生,工科或英语专业者,或研究生优先;
(b) Good command of English, written and oral; 英语口语及写作能力强;
(c) Good PC operation skills especially in MS/Office(Word/Excel/PowerPoint); 熟练使用Office(Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
(d) Team work spirit, is responsible and hardworking, good coordination and communication skills, able to work under pressure; 具有团队精神,强烈的责任感,协调及沟通能力强, 能承受压力;
(e) Systematic, positive working attitude, good personality and good self-learning ability;做事有条理, 工作态度积极,性格开朗,自学能力强;
