Recruitment Intern 招聘实习生

Responsibilities:
o Follow and implement recruiting plans, maintain recruiting channels.
o Help Recruiter with job ads posting.
o Source candidates through all channels including cold calls, search on the internet as well as in the existing applicant tracking system.
o Review resumes to ensure all required skills are identified.
o Maintain accurate records in the system.
o Telephone pre-screen candidates; facilitate bringing candidates in for interviews.
o Follow up the whole offer process of junior positions.
o Assist Recruiter in all aspects of the hiring process, with special attention placed on sourcing and recording data.

Job Requirements:
o Should be university students, major in HR, English, economy, while a biology related degree is a big plus.
o Be able to work as full time intern (least 4 working days per week) for at least 6 months.
o Must have very well developed written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
o Must have excellent communication and presentation ability.
o Must have excellent time/task management skills, and the ability to assume full responsibility for tasks with limited supervision.
