Job Description:
Primary project: Investigate, determine, and document China server applications and IM contacts.
a)    Work with business users and LTI resources to compile a complete listing of China server applications and IM contacts.
b)    Create and implement an improved process to track server applications and contacts going forward – must include CMDB updates.
c)    Determine Asia obsolescence needs and follow up to renew contracts as appropriate
d)    Create and implement an improved process to track smart phone (device) return status.


Expected Deliverables / Measurements: (less than 2000 characters)
a)    Documentation of China server applications and IM contacts.
b)    Documentation of new process to manage China server applications and IM contacts.
c)    Tracker of Asia obsolescence needs
d)    Tracker of smart phone return status
