软件开发工程师实习生（Software Developer Intern）
职位职责:
    学习和熟练使用SOAM产品包括 Map/Reduce 解决方案，理解产品的设计文档；
    在软件工程师的指导下进行单元测试；
    在软件工程师的指导下修复产品缺陷；
    在软件工程师的指导下进行项目开发；

人员要求:
    计算机或者相关专业硕士研究生完成了第一年的课程学习，并且导师同意外出实习；
    熟悉软件开发流程；
    熟悉主流UNIX, Linux或者Windows任何一种平台系统开发及系统管理；
    熟悉面向对象思想及程序设计
    熟悉C  , java, shell script等基本语言；
    有软件项目开发经验者优先
    有网络程序设计开发经验者优先
    有Hadoop MapReduce相关知识或开发经验者优先
    具有较强的学习和运用新知识的能力；
    具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
    具有良好的口头书面英语使用能力
    
Responsibilities:
    Become knowledgeable and familiar with the SOAM products including Map/R
educe solutions, understand the product's design;
    Work on unit testing based on software engineer's guidelines;
    Fix product defects based on software engineer's guidelines;
    Work on project development based on software engineer's guidelines;
Job Requirements:
    Post Graduate student of Computer Science, Engineering or related field, wit
h approval from his/her mentor
    Familiar with software engineering, understands the methodology of software
development;
    Has development experience with at least one of the following: UNIX/Linux/Wi
ndows
    Good understanding of the principles of Object Oriented software design
    Strong knowledge of C  , java, shell script and software development methodo
logies
    Experience in software development is a plus
    Experience in network programming (e.g. TCP) is a plus
    Knowledge of Hadoop Mapreduce is plus
    Experience with cluster management or Grid research is a plus
    Able to adopt new technology quickly;
    Good communication skills including with oral and written English;
    Good team work, serious about work, committed;
