软件开发工程师实习生（Software Developer Intern）
职位职责:
?       学习和熟练使用IBM Platform HPC/Technical Computing product包括 LSF family, Symphony, Map/Reduce解决方案，理解产品的设计文档；
?       在软件工程师的指导下进行单元测试；
?       在软件工程师的指导下修复缺陷；
?       在软件工程师的指导下进行解决方案项目开发；
人员要求:
?       计算机或者相关专业硕士研究生完成了第一年的课程学习，并且导师同意外出实习；
?       熟悉软件开发流程；
?       熟悉主流UNIX, Linux或者Windows任何一种平台系统开发及系统管理；
?       熟悉面向对象思想及程序设计
?       熟悉Java Portal开发及Web2.0技术
?       熟悉C, C++, Java, Java Script, shell script等基本语言；
?       有软件项目开发经验者优先
?       有集群，HPC, Grid, MapReduce相关知识或研究开发经验者优先
?       具有较强的学习和运用新知识的能力；
?       具有较强的沟通能力，团队合作精神和责任感；
?       具有良好的口头书面英语使用能力
Responsibilities:
?       Become knowledgeable and familiar with the IBM Platform HPC/Technical Computing product, including LSF family, Symphony and Map/Reduce solutions, understand the prod-uct's design;
?       Work on unit testing based on software engineer's guidelines;
?       Fix defects based on software engineer's guidelines;
?       Work on solution project development based on software engineer's guidelines;
Job Requirements:
?       Post Graduate student of Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with approval from his/her mentor
?       Familiar with software engineering, understands the methodology of software development;
?       Has development experience with at least one of the following: UNIX/Linux/Windows
?       Good understanding of the principles of Object Oriented software design
?       Familiar Portal development with Java and Web2.0 technology
?       Strong knowledge of C, C++, java, java script, shell script and software development method-ologies
?       Experience in software development is a plus
?       Knowledge of Cluster management, HPC, Grid or Mapreduce is plus
?       Able to adopt new technology quickly;
?       Good communication skills including with oral and written English;
?       Good team work, serious about work, committed;
