Intern Roles and Responsibilities
1) IBM website update of available positions
2) Management of recruitment correspondence and internal referrals
3) Initial screening of applications and telephone interviews
4) Liaison with recruitment consultants for reference checking
5) Filing of recruitment and other HR related data
6) Provide logistics support to HR team’s day-to-day administration’s works
7) Other work assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource, Business Management or other related major
- HR related working experience preferred
- Good English and Chinese communication, both oral and written
- Attention to details, reliable, result-oriented
- Candidates who can work for half year or above preferred.
