=============Job Description============
IBM CSTL IOA team is a mission team with fast growth in IBM STG. The team focuses on enabling IBM cutting-edge pure SSD Drawer which will be widely used in IBM x-series servers and IBM latest rock product – PureSystem. Its work almost covers all operation systems on X86 platform and different fields in software development, including Windows, Linux and VMWare, from firmware to application.

Now attractive intern positions including both developer and tester are available for talents who are interested in software/firmware development with the opportunity working with IBM worldwide experts on server and storage.

=============Requirement============
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent system programming skills in C/C++.  
* Good knowledge of application or device driver development on at least one platform from: Windows, Linux and VMWare
* Postgraduate-student and can work at least 4 days a week
* Be good at fast learning and working independently
* Smart, quick learner and strong analytical skills
* Proficient English and Mandarin (both oral and verbal)
* Basic knowledge of scripting, such as, python, VBS, etc. is a plus
* Could work full-time at least 4 days per week from now on
* Graduate in 2014 or later (Master/PhD)
* Good knowledge of storage is a plus.
