一、招聘岗位及职责要求
1、招聘部门及岗位：投资银行部(北京) TMT行业组 业务助理
2、实习时间：2013年3月起至7月（不少于5个月）
3、工作地点:  北京
4、招聘人数：6-8人
5、岗位职责：
1)    市场、客户相关信息的收集、汇整工作；
2)    协助上市企业融资、兼并收购财务顾问项目运作，如行业研究分析、财务分析、尽职调查、项目文件制作等工作；
3)    协助做好与证监会、交易所、登记公司的沟通交流工作；
6、任职资格：
1)    2014届硕士毕业生，法律、会计以及金融相关专业背景，本科为理工科复合景尤佳；
2)    2014届硕士毕业生，新能源、新材料、信息技术、互联网、广告传媒、生物与新医药、节能环保、航空航天、海洋、先进制造、高技术服务相关专业，熟悉财经、金融相关专业知识；
3)    具备较强的学习能力、敬业精神、沟通能力、团队合作精神以及良好的品行；
4)    具有金融相关行业实习经历，对投资银行事业充满热情；
7、2014年应届毕业的优秀实习生将会被东方花旗证券有限公司投资银行部-股权融资部(北京)优先聘用。
