* Proficient at one language (C/C++/Java/Perl etc);    
* Strong trouble shooting skill;  
* Talented, ability to self-study  
* Team player  
        
Optional:  
* Familiar with socket programming is a big plus
* Familiar with multi-thread programming is a plus  
        
Responsibilities:  
* Work with other experienced engineer to develop new feature    
* Test (Design new cases, write scripts etc)
