基本能力要求：
1）硬能力
a) 对信息化实施及管理有基本理解
b) 熟练操作Office word, excel, ppt
2）软能力
a)熟悉ERP和采购管理流程者优先考虑
b)拥有较好的沟通能力，适应团队工作和合作精神
c)拥有较好的承受压力
d)有较强的自学能力
e)能够以英文流利书写和沟通
3）专业要求
a) 管理科学与工程、物流工程、企业管理、管理信息系统、通信与信息系统、计算机科学与技术、管理学专业。
b) 本科生与研究生均可，优先考虑三年制研究生中的研二学生。
实习工作要求：
1）时间
a)实习周期：2013年4月至2013年8月，长期者优先
b)工作时间：一周至少保证四天全天实习时间，尽快入职。
c)实习试用期：2周实习试用期，通过者正式参加实习
2）地点
a)实习城市：北京
b)工作地点：北京市东城区西滨河路22号神华大厦
3）工作概述
a)本项目为系统实施项目
b)实习生需：
i.学习项目中使用的方法、工具及软件
ii.协助顾问工作，包括不限于：撰写文档、参与沟通等具体任务执行
iii.投递简历时请发送能体现自己PPT技巧的证明材料
其他：
工资情况：根据埃森哲公司统一规定150/天（税前），每月工资按照实际人天计算。
