Physical Design Engineer(Intern) 
Location: Shanghai 
Work days per week: 3 days is minimum requirement. 
Internship Period: 6-12 months is preferred. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Responsible for block level physical design of NVIDIA processors(including 
floorplan, placement, cts, routing, timing closure, DRC/LVS and STA) 
- Participating in flow automation, regression test, and flow issue debug. 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
- BS majoring in CS/EE, MSEE is preferred. 
- Courses taken in computing science, digital design, circuit design, device 
modeling or related. 
- Knowledge of device model, processing technology, timing, noise and power 
in chip design. 
- Knowledge of perl/tcl, and good programming ability. Debug experience is 
preferred. 
- Experience on physical design implementation(any of: floorplan, Place & 
Route, STA, LVS/DRC) or ASIC design is preferred. 
- Hand-on experience in EDA software from Synopsys (PC/ICC/DC/PT/STAR-RC), 
Cadence (First Encounter) or Magma (Talus) is preferred.

Job Description/Qualifications: 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

next generations of GPU architecture.

and verify the simulator for state-of-the-art graphics processor 
architecture; design and develop proprietary tools and tests for testing the

REQUIREMENTS: 
- Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in EE/CS/Mathematics or

- Excellent English writing for engineering documentation, English oral well

EMBEDDED SYSTEM SOFTWARE ENGINEER INTERNLocation: Shanghai or Shenzhen
The candidate will participate in the Android-based software development for 
NVIDIA's new Tegra platforms including but not limited to Android based 
devices drivers, multimedia, frameworks, kernel and performance/power 
optimization. 
You will have the opportunity to seamlessly work with HQ for cutting edge

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1、Design and implement software in an embedded software environment. 
2、New technology research and system architecture design. 
3、Work with hardware architects on the design of embedded products,

that it can be supported well by software. 
Requirements: 
1、BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE 
2、Excellent C programming and debugging skills. 
3、Ability for strong problem solving and logical analysis skills.

5、Good knowledge of operation system (esp. Android, Linux) is a major plus.
