招聘职位: 助理研究员/工程师 – 射频线圈
岗位职责: 该岗位职责包括参与高场(3T)与超高场(7T)人体磁共振系统新一代射频
线圈的研发,鼓励参与指导研究生。
(1) 积极参与新一代射频线圈与相应电路的研发
 开发多通道射频发射线圈和相关电路,在现有并行激发架构下实现多频率并行
发射;
 开发多通道射频接收线圈并行接收磁共振信号,实现并行成像;
 与相关企业合作进行产品化的工作。
(2) 理解客户的需求和项目的计划,独立完成所分配的任务并和团队成员一起保证
项目目标的实现。
(3) 持续学习以提高个人和团队的技术水平,保持良好的工作文档,信守科学诚信
和保证实验室工作安全。
(4) 跟踪本领域科技的最新发展和行业趋势,结合国家科技发展和企业产品的需要
提出研究课题并争取立项。
要求:
- 相关专业博士或有2年以上射频线圈、电路、生物医学工程或相关方向研发工作经验
硕士。
- 扎实的磁共振物理、射频电子学、电磁场、生物医学工程或相关领域知识。
- 数据分析能力,掌握C,C++或MATLAB等常用编程语言。
- 至少具备下述领域之一的研发工作经验:
 射频线圈或天线开发
 电磁场仿真
 射频电路仿真、开发
 磁共振并行激发或并形成像
具备以下条件优先:
- 磁共振成像设备、射频线圈/天线、或其它生物医学领域VHF频段射频电路的研发经
验。
- 具备在知名的跨国公司或研发机构的工作经历。
- 良好的沟通能力及与其他研究团队合作的能力。
- 发表过相关领域文章或获得过项目资助。

Title: Assistance Professor/Engineer - RF Coil
Responsibility:
The responsibilities of this RF coil expert will include the management and
development of research projects to design and build novel MRI antennas
dedicated to human MR imaging (anatomical and functional) at high field and
ultra-high field (3T and 7T). Supervision and training of graduate students
will also be encouraged.
- Actively participate to novel RF frontend development
 Develop specific multichannel transmit coil antennas and electronic
devices to monitor and control the transmission of multiple radiofrequencies
through a parallel transmission architecture;
 Develop high density reception coil antennas to acquire the MR
signal from a parallel reception architecture in connection with ongoing
research programs;
 Coordinate with industry partners for new product introduction.
- Understand customer needs and project scope, independently complete
task and work together with team members to guarantee project
delivery.
- Continuous learning to improve individual and team expertise, keep
good documentation, committed on scientific compliance and lab work safety.
- Keep updated on state-of-art domain knowledge and business trend,
generate new ideas and drive proposals to meet the needs of national science
and technology development and industry.
Qualifications:
- Must have a PhD or master degree with 2+ years R&D experience in
Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical or related Engineering.
- Solid background in MR physics, RF electronics, electromagnetic
field or related fields.
- Analytical skills and knowledge of commonly used programming
languages such as C, C++ and MATLAB.
- Strong experience in at least one of following fields:
 RF coil or antenna design and development
 Electromagnetic simulation
 RF electronics and PCB design
 Parallel transmit or parallel imaging
Desired Characteristics:
- R&D experience in MRI coil or other VHF band electronics dedicated
to biomedical imaging or related fields.
- Working experience in global company or R&D organizations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to initiate
collaborations with internal and external teams.
- Relevant publications or grants.
