Project Description:
Cloud computing is one of the fastest growing opportunities for enterprise and service providers and IBM STG's strategy of IaaS(infrastructure as a service) is focus on leveraging OpenStack which is an open source IaaS platform as core baseline to extend the capabilities of the IBM CCS(Common Cloud Stack).
The project is to analyze and identify non-scalable components in current OpenStack architecture, working on pure scalable architecture and prototype. Collecting and analyzing market information and trend of open cloud architecture based cloud products and cloud services, typical deployment size of those cloud products and services and their requirements on scalability.

项目的目的是分析指出OpenStack现有架构各个模块间的可扩展性瓶颈，设计并原型高扩展性的OpenStack架构。收集和分析现有云产品和服务的市场数据，预测开放云架构的发展趋势，以及不同规模的云计算服务对可扩展性的需求前景。

Technical Skills Requirement:
o    Master's degree in computer science or equivalent major required.
o    Strong coding skills in Python/java with emphasis on writing modular.
o    Experiences in distributed software and system is required.
o    Experience in NoSQL, like MongoDB is a plus.
o    Experiences in OpenStack and other cloud technologies vmware, cloudstack is a plus.
o    Experiences in virtualization technologies like kvm, xen, hyper-v, etc is a plus.
o    Fluent in English and Mandarin.
