1. New multimedia technology evaluation and analysis.            
                                
2. Performance evaluation and profiling of multimedia software.            
                                
                                
                                
Qualifications:            
                                
                    Candidate of Master and above, majors in Computer Science or Telecommunication.            
                                
                    Be interested in video compression technology and video codec optimization.            
                                
                    SolidC programming skill.            
                                
                    Some experience of Linux programming.            
                                
                    Be able to work at least 3 days per week in Beijing
