Executive Management Development Global Assignment Management
Duration of internship: 6 months (fulltime)
Preferred starting date: ASAP
Location: Beijing
Brief Description of Assignment:
Support daily business for EMD/G:
- Tax;
- Salary;
- Benefit report;
- Hotel booking;
- Vendor set up;
- Signature procedure.
Qualification Requirement:
- Perfect English skill both in writing and speaking;
- Full time internship: 5 days/ week, 6 months.
2. HR
Duration of internship: 6 months (fulltime)
Preferred starting date: July 22nd, 2013
Location: Beijing
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Assignment Allocated by Supervisors;
- Training On-Site Support;
- Internship Management Support;
- Other related administrative work.
Qualification Requirement:
- Detail Oriented;
- Able to Handle Multi-tasks Simultaneously;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
3. HRC
Duration of internship: 6 months (fulltime)
Preferred starting date: July 22nd, 2013
Location: Beijing
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Provide professional support to HR Marketing and Campus Recruitment Programs and to ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all time;
- Managing PO, invoicing, and payments following company finance and procurement policies;
- Other related administrative work.
Qualification Requirement:
- Detail Oriented, be precise and accurate;
- Good communication skills, team player;
- Fluent in English (spoken & written);
- Knowledge of Marketing/Employee Branding/Social Media/Campus Events.
4. CoC HRD&TM
Human Resource Development &Talent Management
Duration of internship: 6 months (fulltime)
Preferred starting date: July 22nd, 2013
Location: Beijing
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Support training course coordination, including meeting room booking, invitation distribution, on-site support, training evaluation consolidation, vendor payment etc;
- Logistical support for company leadership programs;
- Maintain training database in a timely way.
- Team administration work support.
Qualification Requirement:
- Junior university student or above, postgraduate student is preferred;
- Strong willing to work in HR training field;
- Proactive, eager to learn, good communication skills and detail oriented;
- MS skills, especially Excel skills;
- Internship experience in well-known companies is preferrd.
