Vision Golf is a golf coaching company which provides a wide range of instruction, and has a growing junior program in Beijing, China. As golf in China continues to explode in popularity, our business is growing very fast.  We have set up a strategic alliance with a top-tier national-wide chain of kindergartens which have 14 locations in Beijing and 40 all over China. We are looking for qualified junior coaches to do the following:

- Lead our junior fitness group-classes
- Coordinate a small team of coaches of the program
- Develop and maintain effective interaction with students, parents and the potential customers
- Develop the internal training for local junior coaches
- Develop special English lessons with physical activities


Required/Desired Knowledge, Abilities & Skills:
- Native English speakers with a sound western culture background are required. U.S. or U.K. nationality can be a good demonstration.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with young kids and teenagers
- Considerable knowledge of fundamental movement skills and fundamental sports skills
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and the ability to operate independently is required.

Preferred but not Required Certification and Experience:
- Any experience of involvement with a sports summer camp is preferred
- Prior successful golf playing or coaching experience, junior golf preferred
- Titleist Performance Institution (TPI) Junior Level one certification, TPI junior level 2 Certification preferred
- Any First Tee coaching experience is an plus
Time:
- 1-4 hours per day, 2-5 days per week, based on our schedule. July and August 2013
- full time job and relative compensation is also open for negotiation.

Compensation:
RMB 250 Yuan per hour with growth potential, time on your transportation does not count
