CAREER MANAGEMENT CENTER
CMC((Career Management Center) Intern
Responsibilities:CMC intern will assist in the following issues:
Internally:
1. Optimize working procedures.
Provide logistic support for CMC events.
Use online system such as Workflow and CMC Portal to standardize CMC work.
2. Polish CMC materials.
Translate and polish CMC documents (En-CN)
Design posters and E-flyers with professional vendors’ help.
Externally:
1.Vendor management
Source for vendors to meet CMC needs globally.
Conduct negotiations; draft and review the contracts with vendors.
Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure the quality of their service.
2.Employer management
Use CRM tool to manage employers’ information.
Qualification：l Work at least 3 days per week for 3 months
l Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
l Good oral and written English
l Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
l Previous internship experience a plus.
