1. Good programming skills on Java/J2EE/Web applications
2. Solid knowledge of design pattern and data structure  
3. UML/XML Modeling and Programming
4. Ability to work with the software development process, object-oriented design, Java application development
    
Preferred
1. Eclipse Development experience;  
2. Java EE Application Server Skill(Tomcat, WAS, WebLogic, etc)
3. Strong analytical and design skills
