HR Marketing Intern
Beijing, 6 months+
The HR Marketing intern reports to and works closely with Shell China Marketing Advisor on internal and external marketing projects that support Shell China Recruitment department.
Responsibilities
Global project management
- Work with Shell colleagues outside of China on global marketing project, take full ownership of project to keep project on track and deliver results in timely manner
External communication
- Manage external job boards to publish recruitment information regularly
- Build and maintain internal talent database
- Plan and execute CRM (Customer Relationship Management) communication campaign
Internal Communication
- Prepare marketing channel data on monthly basis and according to ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate with internal procurement department to facilitate timely payments of marketing expenses
- Prepare contents for internal communication newsletters on monthly basis
Events
- Plan and coordinate both internally and externally to arrange Shell China presence at local events and conferences, represent Shell China onsite
Requirements
- At least 6 months availability (at least 3 days a week)
- Previous experience in marketing or related area
- Solid proficiency in written and spoken English
- Mastery of computer and MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills, able to make spontaneous decisions
- Can work independently as well as work within team environment
- Able to handle pressure
- Strong attention to detail
