Job Description
The candidate will plan/manage programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provide leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Work on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, maintain relationship, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Follow up action requirements. Work with other groups within Intel as a team. Maintain relationship with external stakeholders including faculties. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
The projects will include but not limited to running PerC programs in China, organizing PerC workshop with Academia in China, supporting co-research and curriculum programs with universities, directing student competition program, and other local logistic support to the PerC team in China.
