HR Intern
Work place (city): Zhongguancun, Beijing
Intern type: Full time intern/Part time intern
Job Responsibilities
o Full-cycle management for various staffing program and support the staffing internal process improvement in GCR Region.
o Implement talent mapping program, handle sourcing request and provide candidate pipeline for Key positions.
o Organize the training to coach staffing team members to improve overall recruitment competency
o Assist Staffing Manager to conduct the program review and carry out budget plan, promotion strategy.
Candidate qualification:
o Bachelor degree or above.
o Strong inter-personal and communication skills. Capable of making both internal and external coordination.
o Good PC skills, including Excel.
o Good English speaking, reading and writing skills.
o Personality: Ownership Taking responsibility Structural & logical thinking Detail and process oriented Self-motivated and a good team player.
o Intern period: above 6 months.
