Job Objective:
The intern will responsible for design and maintenance of one of software functions on the newest Ericsson IP and Broadband products
Responsibilities:
- Participate in systemization together with people from System team
- Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, Test Specification, and etc.
- Responsible for coding, unit test, basic integration test of SW functions
- Integrate software with third part software modules
- Review source code & documents
- Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master in Telecom, Computer Science or similar major
- Experienced in C++/Java programming skills
- Familiar with networking technologies
- Knowledge in embedded OS (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS)
- Familiar with basic unix/linux commands
- Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work within the team and across geographically spread teams to accomplish results
- Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
- Quick learner, capable of understanding new knowledge quickly
- 4 days/week- or - 5 days/week- working is needed
