职位描述：
Markets 实习生（北京）商业地产部实习生
岗位职责：
1、写字楼市场信息调研及整理。
2、协助制作分析报告。
3、协助制作写字楼定位报告。
岗位要求：
1、在读本科生/研究生，金融、建筑学或市场营销等相关专业优先。有意从事商业地产相关工作。
2、英语听、说、读、写熟练（大学英语4级以上）。
3、做事认真、踏实、细心，处事灵活，逻辑思维能力强。
4、可熟练操作常用办公软件（PPT、Excel）。
5、可实习半年或以上优先，每周可工作至少3天，男生优先。
该职位只考虑在校大学生，且工作时间至少每周保证四天，已毕业学生请勿投递简历。
