Internship @ IBM Research - China

Job Description
IBM China Research Lab is seeking for interns in HCI and user experience. The job responsibilities include designing and conducting user research studies, carrying out quantitative and qualitative data analysis and transcribing results into insights. You will work across-functional teams and have a chance to influence future direction of existing applications.

Qualifications

1.PhD/Master candidates in Psychology, Ethnography, HCI or related field.
2.Excellent abilities of experimental design and implementation, survey, interview and statistical data analysis
3.Academic or practical knowledge of user research methodologies and user experience best practices including lab-based studies or field studies
4.Creative problem-solving skills
5.Good English skills in reading and writing
6.Strong sense of responsibility and be achievement-driven

Other Information about the Internship
1.Three months at least
2.Three flexible days at office a week
