We are an independent equity research firm based in NY, HK, Sydney, Beijing and Shanghai, providing investment ideas in China for institutional clients and hedge funds.  
      
Starting Date: Feb 2014  
      
Responsibilities:  
      
o    Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, mostly from company websites, financial reports, company presentations, and primary research  
o    Assisting research analysts in modeling and drafting research report  
o    Conducting telephone interviews with companies from upstream and downstream industries  
o    Using key databases such as Wind, Bloomberg, and etc  
o    Screening companies, doing primary researches and trying to initiate report on one company.  
      
Requirements:  
      
o    Interest in and enthusiasm for equity research    
o    Ability to work accurately and independently  
o    Well-organized, logical thinking, critical thinking, efficient, client and delivery focused  
o    An Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in a Finance or Accounting related discipline.  
o    Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)  
o    Relevant experience in equity research or other financial areas, while not essential, would be helpful, and could include analytical work for a consultancy, accounting firm  
o    Relevant experience in real estate will be appreciated  
o    Fluency in English and Chinese, knowledge of another language will be advantageous
