1. customer experience simulation
2. vendor performance tracking
3. Basic Qualifications
o Be familiar with SQL, Microsoft Excel
o Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills;
o Be detail-oriented, self-motivate and team player;
o Be independent and flexible, with open communication skills
4. Preferred Qualifications
o Major in Information Management, Computer Science, Industry Engineering or other engineering majors
o Attention to details, self-discipline and team player;
o Fluency in English
