Segment coordinator internship

Job responsibility:
?       In collaboration with the Project Manager or NExT Manager, sets up the training schedule for the program or the location, as well as coordinating the training provider's availability.
?        Maintaining good contacts with Training Managers in customer organizations to maximize number of participants in each event.
?        Records all the required data in QLMS (Quality Learning Management System) and understands key functionally and reporting
?        Coordinates the course venue/logistics
?       Tracks registration, attendance and billing of all external customer participants in each learning event.
?        Generates process of recharge appropriate to student's cost center for internal customers.
?        Communicates with appropriate contacts in customer organizations to advertise courses.
?        Keeps track of course enrollment and distributes class list accordingly.
?        Ensures all course attendance is recorded and tracked for customers where appropriate
?       Coordinates all logistical arrangements for course participants and instructors
实习时间：每周3天以上， 3个月
实习工资：3000元/月
