Requirements：
1. Proficient in Matlab/Simulink
2. Good at MS office
3. Preferred major in Control / Electromechanical
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
5. Work at least 3 days a week with at least 3 months internship
6. Can come on board April/1/2014
