Brief Assignment Description:
This Intern will work with an experienced auditor to cover several important
audit programs in Healthcare China audit team:  
1.SOX404 audit facilitation in terms of testing and documentation;  
2.China level sales and marketing expenses audit, from analytical review and
validation to audit data analysis under China and global reporting
requirement;  
3.FCPA audit under Asia team’s audit program. Work result will be reported
to China CFO, China GC, Chief Compliance Counsel, Asia Controller and G.
China controller.  
  
It's a good chance to work in a professional and cosy team to learn the
Healthcare business,  to build up comprehensive understanding of internal
control framework and to acquire audit skills.
  
Intern's Desired Profile:
Major preferred: Accounting, Finance;  
Special Requirements: bachelor or above
