main point用中文说一下。弥财是一家创业公司，主要做的是金融理财类的App。目前是小团队合作的形式在做。
基本上实习生的话会接触到整个公司所有的事情。
平时的话主要是做市场调查以及产品运营相关的事情。出去见个券商基金谈个合作什么的也是工作中很大的一部分。因为老板是长江商学院的，所以也经常会参加长江商学院的活动networking一下。
工资的话，原则上是100-200每天，按表现来定。
A MiCai internship gives you a unique opportunity to learn about the internet finance industry by working side by side with the experts. Our interns don’t learn by watching, they learn by getting involved in real projects, pioneering internet finance in China.
MiCai is looking for a intern to join our team and take the position of support our financial market research and financial product operations.
Preferred starting date: ASAP
Location: Beijing, Huixinxijie Beikou
Major Responsibilities
Research / Data Collection and Analysis
o Collect and analyze data for research projects related to the internet finance space
o Initiatively research on industry news of internet finance and products
o Participate in the discussion of product's early development and marketing
Contents Writing/Translation
o Write content on saving and investment in a simple and clear way (mass market)
o Occasional translation of documents from Chinese to English and English to Chinese
Liaison and Cooperation
o Take part in executive negotiations with third-party finance companies, e.g. securities, asset management companies
o Liaise with related companies, e.g. law firms, finance consulting companies
o Appoint and participate in internet finance events throughout China
Qualification
Ability
o Native Chinese
o Fluency in written and spoken English
o Can work 5 days a week for at least 2 months
o Experience with Content writing/storytelling is a plus
Teamwork spirit
o Willingness to work with others and contribute effectively as a member of a team
o A flexible attitude towards work and ability to delegate and share responsibilities and workload
o Ability to work on own initiative, take independent decisions and to provide input to others
o Ability to exchange information effectively and to establish and maintain fruitful relationships with internal and external contacts
