Job Responsibilities：
1. Work closely with research scientists on biological process development
2.Assist research scientist to complete routine chemical and microbiological testing
3.Gather and analyze data and report key results
4.Flexible among programs ranging from long-term and exploratory research
5.To assist R&D engineers and scientists in managing chemical, lab consumable purchasing and inventory
6.Ensures a safe and healthy environment by complying with all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements：
1.BS/MS students training in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or environmental engineering related subject
2.Hands-on experience in biological research laboratory setting is desirable
3.Able to work full time during summer break and at least 2 days every week during regular semester. Expect on board from July 2014~ June 2015
4.Independently perform tests according to procedure and consistently delivers quality results efficiently and accurately
5.Proficient in Microsoft office skills for data entry and analysis and report results using basic statistics (average, standard deviation etc.)
6.Self-started, clear thinker, proactive learner. Utilize technical skills and a variety of resources to provide problem solution
7.Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to contribute as part of a cross-functional team
8.Strong environmental, health and safety
