Job Responsibilities:
o Publish recruitment information through external and internal channels
Check, record and print incoming applications
o Backend search for qualified candidates on external recruiting websites
o Pre-select the candidates according to the job description and recommend to HR manager
o Phone screening potential candidates and present company well to candidates
o Coordinate with candidates and line managers for interview arrangement and book meeting rooms
o Deliver the interview result to the candidates
o Collect recruitment data and prepare for weekly report
o Support on harmonization activities and related paper work
o Carry on other tasks assigned by the HR manager.

Position 2:HR Intern - Training
The Mission:
o He/she will be working on training needs application, in charge of all North Asia’s training needs.
Responsibilities:
o Participate in training that enhance and promote our company’s training quality .
o Participation in training vender management
Main Requirements
o Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint.
o Enjoy training management,
o Creative with a passion to convert an idea to reality.
o Good Analytical and Research skill.
o Good Presentation and communication skills
o A good team player and ability to work under pressure
o Proficient in Oral & Written English
Positon: HR Intern for Training
1. Main Responsibilities:
-North Asia training needs implementation
-Assist North Asia training team with the administration of day-to-day human resources operations and duties.

Position 3: HR Assistant
The Mission:
o Reporting to Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the main mission is tosupport Recruitment worldwide project initiatives. The major project that thisperson will be involved in is Employer Branding and it also encompasses themarketing of recruitment programs internally.
o He/she will be working on interesting new Talent Acquisition projects that isimpactful to enabling the company to recruit the best talents.
Responsibilities:
o Participate in projects that enhance and promote our company EmployerBranding.
o Participation in collection of research data and analysis.
o Project Co-ordination to ensure successful roll out of programs andinitiatives
Main Requirements
o The incumbent must be Techno Savvy (being totally at ease with using thesocial media)
o Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint. Proficient in Webdesign is a plus.
o Competent in Marketing, specifically in Branding.
o Enjoy project management,
