Purpose and Objective job:
SAP Active Global Support protects customer's investment and enables continuous improvement.
In order to serve the needs of our customers even better, SAP Active Global Support and SAP Consulting team up as “One Services” to enable our customers to leverage SAP’s latest technology, deploy state-of-the-art software solutions and at the same time reduce the total cost of implementation and operations significantly. This is achieved by utilizing SAP Best Practice to deploy a baseline configuration and then engage with the customer in Rapid Prototyping to adjust the solution to specific needs, based on the proven concepts of Innovation Control Center, Operations Control Center, and Mission Control Center. On top of this we co-engineer with our most strategic customers innovative solutions on our Cloud Platform Powered by SAP HANA.

Support local and international key accounts by following major tasks(on site or remotely), e.g., development, business process analysis, configuration, portal/user interface design, technical user experience improvement.
oAbility to design UI/Portal/other development work based on the requirements from customers/projects.
oManage critical customer situations.
oOptimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.
oDeliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.
工作经历：
UX Designer(related experiences is preferred)
oFronted developer (mobile and web).: 5 years working experience is required
教育经历和技术要求：
Bachelor degree or above in major of Art Media, UX design, Computer science, Software engineering.
oBe able to communicate in English.
oA good command of relevant UI/UX designs tool and Web development technology, such as: Photoshop, Flash, HTML5, Java script, CSS and XML, etc.
oDesign for mobile and tablets (IOS, Android, Windows 8)
oKnowledge in common design tools like Adobe creative suite
oKnowledge of prototyping tools like Axure, Irise
oShould be with good art foundation.
oDetail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
oStrong and convincing personality for interaction with customers.
oA real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
oBeing able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.
oEnjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.
