客户技术支持实习生
客户技术支持实习生将成为亚太客户技术支持团队的一员。我们的亚太客户技术支持团队负责支持来自中国、日本、韩国、新加坡、印度和澳洲的客户，每个地区都有各自的地区团队，这些地区团队紧密合作，相互支持。
主要职责：
日常工作内容：

接收并翻译客户数据修改的要求
-
在客户管理系统中跟踪查询状态
-
与海外团队协作监督案件处理进度
-
通过邮件或电话与客户沟通案件处理情况
与其他团队合作：
-
在中国本地，对终端客户以及汤森路透的市场和销售团队提供支持；
-
在海外，与亚太技术支持团队以及欧美的产品、编辑团队紧密合作。
时间：
一周至少4天，一共3-6个月。
要求1（必须的）：
-
硕士学位（包括在读硕士研究生）。信息学、图书馆学、情报学、计算机或相关专业。
-
有使用Web of Knowledge的经验。
-
有很高的英语写作和和口语水平。
-
有很强的沟通能力.
-
有非常强的耐心和责任心。
-
有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
要求2（附加的）：
-
具备专利文献方面的知识
-
具备数据或文献检索、文档管理、电子出版方面的经验。
测试实习生
职责：
根据本部门测试流程，参与需求分析、测试用例设计、测试用例执行、和负责defect跟踪。
要求：
1.实习期：5-6个月，欢迎长期实习。
2.有进取心，细致，对测试工作有兴趣，较好的沟通能力和团队合作能力 ；
3.比较好的英语读写能力和一定的口语能力 ；
4.熟悉SQL，有Microsoft SQL Server数据库使用经验者优先；
Business Analyst 实习生
Responsibilities
-Provides assistance and may act as a liaison among an internal development group and BA team in order to: assist in understanding and testing the requirements for a given project, or process, or system.
-Assists in the elicitation, documentation and management of business requirements with guidance.
-Depending on the nature of the project, undertakes entry-level requirements testing and/ or User Acceptance testing and technical implementation with guidance.
-Works independently within defined parameters, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge, escalating as appropriate.
-Receives direct guidance and supervision in day to day work.
Skills Required
-Understands performance requirements
-Basic understanding of requirements management best practice and ensures these practices are used.
-Good written and oral communication skills.
-Basic analysis skills
-Basic ability to facilitate meetings and other business needs
-Working knowledge in relevant software application.
