Our Sr. Program Manager Interns spend 11 – 12 weeks working on projects across the organization to find solutions to complex problems, and are given responsibility on their first day to own those business challenges and the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions. You will be driving efforts, both independently and as part of larger project teams, and you’ll have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business.

We are looking for highly analytic students from MBA and Master’s of Science (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations) programs that are ready for challenging opportunities in the core of our world class operations space. 2.    Basic Qualifications
o Must currently be enrolled in MBA or equivalent Master’s level program
o 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master’s program

3.    Preferred Qualifications
o 4+ years of industry experience in supply chain or transportation operations with program management
o Strong analytical skills including SQL and advanced Excel, including the ability to pull data and use to identify and solve ambiguous problems
o Outstanding problem solving skills based on data analysis
o Experience with operations and delivery methodologies such as Lean Operations /Six Sigma/Kaizen
o Successful delivery of technology solutions, and familiarity with service oriented architecture
o Demonstrated ability to think big and influence across all levels of an organization
o Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
o Superior professional writing and communication skills, strong sense on customer focus
