简单介绍一下哈，这个职位主要是在支持一个销售培训项目。在这个项目中，你将有机会聆听GE一线销售精英的经验分享、熟悉世界500强外企人才培养模式、加深对医疗行业和市场的认识、结识很多优秀的GE同事等等~~围绕着项目，还会涉及到一些支持性工作，能够和很多不同部门、不同领域的人接触，只要你有心去发现，这里就是一个有丰富资源的宽阔平台。除此之外，项目的leader，也就是你的老板，是个非常nice的姐姐，每隔一段时间就会和你交流工作的感悟并提出很多指点。在GE短短的几个月，虽然偶尔也吐槽每天在路途中花费的时间、紧凑的工作节奏，但是跟满满的收获比起来，那都不是事儿啊~~总的来说呢，这并不是一份轻松、简单的实习，可能有点儿小累，但只要用心，一定会是一段收获满满的经历~~

Position: GE Healthcare Training Intern
Location: Yizhuang , Beijing
Description:Training intern will support the coordination of training programs.
Key Responsibilities/Essential functions included:
1. Support training programmanager/coordinator, interface with internal and external parties to ensure all program logistics are on track
2. Secure and manage all program supplies,materials and vendors with expected schedules and budgets
3. Help analysis and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of program process and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to Program Manager
4. Responsible for training reports and analysis, providing recommendations for improvement
5. Understands and complies with allapplicable EHSpolicies
Required Qualifications:
1. The 3rd/4th year of undergraduate or1st/2nd year ofgraduate student
2. Strong MS Office skills, good PPT maker,familiar with Excel
3. Working hours: 4-5 days/week
4. Period: 6 months-1 year
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
7. Flexibility with ability to adapt to changing environments and role responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Highly organized, able to workindependently withminimal direction
2. willing to work under high pressure and work overtime to meet tight deadlines
