Job Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee from Gemalto

1.  Main Mission:
?  Reporting to HR Head of Talent Acquisition, the candidate main mission is to support in important HR worldwide project initiatives. It encompasses the organization and co-ordination of best practices/ tools to be shared with worldwide HR teams across regions.


2.  Main Responsibilities:

?  Project Co-ordination to ensure successful roll out of programs and initiatives
?  Coordinate project task forces for meeting, taking minutes and arrangement of all logistics.
?  Participation in collection of research data in relation to project.
?  Assist in preparation of Presentation and analytic statistics related to the project.
?  Other tasks: Carry on other tasks assigned.

3.  Main Requirements:

?  The incumbent must be Technology Savvy. Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint.
?  A good team player and ability to work under pressure on challenging schedule
?  Capability to learn fast, meticulous and Good organization skill
?  Competent in Project Management
?  Analytic and have a passion for Research.
?  Proficient in Oral & Written English
