DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Complete the objectives of each assignment within the agreedtimeframe.
o Analyze the new requirements and develop (design, code and unit test)software solutions adhering to the team’sprocess.
o Coordinate with internal/external test team for softwarerelease.
o Produce software releases adhering to the operational release managementprocess.
o Collaborate with the development teams in otherregions.
o Configure and maintain the development testenvironment.
o Compliant with team’s software development processand contribute to the continuous process improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Technical and/or Functional skills
o 1+ year experience in development in C++.
o Experience with XML and Web technology is stronglypreferred.
o Experience with Perl /Python is stronglypreferred.
o Knowledge and practical experience in OOAD and DesignPatterns.
o Practical experience in using IP-based protocols (TCP/IP,UDP).
Other skills and abilities:
o Quick learner and ability to quickly grasp technical/businessconcepts.
o Technically-inclined, analytical, meticulous and attentive todetails.
o Ability to solve problems in real-time productionsystems.
o A proactive team player with the ability to work in dynamicenvironments.
o Work independently, takes ownership of problems within own area of knowledgeand accountable for the quality of own work.
o Ability to work under tight deadlines with high stress tolerance andpotentially overtime with advance notice frommanagement.
o Good documentation skill.
o Good written English.
