【亚马逊招聘】 Recruiting Intern
This role is designed to help the recruiter in daily recruitment, including:
·Managing the overall recruiting scheduling process by using internal recruiting systems expertly, Making sure provide good candidate experience through coordinating with internal interviewers and candidates fast and courteously
·Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and interviewers including hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
·Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting system
·Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
·Tracking recruiting activities, providing candidate status in a weekly report and maintaining relevant recruiting metrics.
·Coordinating the pre-interview kick off meetings and post-interview debrief meetings, providing debrief materials
·Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
·Conducting 1st phone screen to ascertain potential candidate as needed;
·Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Basic Qualifications
·Currently enrolled in a 4 year university program or graduate program, in Human Resources, Labor Economics, International Business, Management related, and / or other related degree;
·Strong communication and writing skills (Both in Chinese & English), CET6 ;
·Fast Learner, detail-oriented, conscientious and team work spirit;
·Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
·Proactive and able to work under pressure;
·At least 4 months internship and 4 days a week of full time.
Preferred Qualifications
·Strong time management skill;
·Willing to have longtime development in Recruiting/HR field preferred;
